🇭🇷🤝🇺🇸Welcome, Osijek, Croatia, to the Alexandria Sister Cities family!

Following the Croatian National Football Team’s stay in Alexandria this summer as its World Cup home base, Alexandria City Council has approved a one-year Friendship City agreement with Osijek.

This new partnership will build on the connections made through sports, with opportunities to explore collaboration in the arts, education, business, and beyond. We look forward to seeing this international friendship grow and welcoming Osijek alongside Alexandria’s Sister Cities Dundee, Scotland; Helsingborg, Sweden; Gyumri, Armenia; and Caen, France.

Dobrodošli, Osijek! Welcome to Alexandria! 🌍🇺🇸🇭🇷
