2026. The world as we know it is no longer. No going back. We would not want to anymore. There’s a grief around what we thought we lost.

Those in “power” are being revealed. This will continue. Come home to you. No more outsourcing your thoughts, attention and power. 💥

To those who have abused and tried to control. The fall from pedestals is long and dark. We put you there based on lies. Time is up. Nothing is hidden in this energy.

In the space between, so many things, people, places, beliefs, and identities no longer fit. There is joy and grief in those versions of life that don’t resonate anymore.

This episode is a deep look into the versions that no longer fit who I am today. So much has changed in this time, especially in 2026. How could we not be going through massive shifts as well?

Ep 43 is out now. Sharing our stories is never easy but I believe we create bonds and community by doing so. It’s part of how we heal.

The hope is this allows the listeners to contemplate those versions of themselves. In letting go, we make space for new.

There is beauty, grief, power and trust in the allowing. Allowing it to fall away, while trusting that amazing things will take its place.

Keep going.

When you are ready to quit. Burn it all down. Say f@ck it. Don’t.

The path may be cloudy, windy and unknown. The life you desire requires more trust and faith than you think you have in you.

You do have it in you. You’ve been here before and found a way to move forward. This isn’t about disassociating. It’s about not letting this time block your path.

Reminder, the path is also filled with beauty, love and wonder.

Keep going. We have no idea what lies ahead. Life continues to be all the things. Trust in yourself as life unfolds.

What a week. The polarity of clarity and chaos, of trust and impatience. Everyone is going through it.

The energy has been rough for many people. Give yourself a hug today. Hug someone else. We can all use hugs during this time.

Don’t let the next headline pull you from the bigger picture. Yes, get loud. Pick your battles and stay loud.

This is all real and has been happening since the dawn of time. This is what extractive, abusive patriarchal energy looks like.

Wake up. Have the uncomfortable conversations. Take action where can how you can. Then come back to yourself. Take care of yourself. Breathe, scream, dance, meditate, ground, get into nature, whatever it is that resonates.

What we hear about is just the tip of the iceberg. Much never gets reported and stays hidden by design.

Feel into it. Ask for help when you need it. The revolutionary times are here. We’ve been in it and it’s not ending.

We are so incredibly powerful that the “powers” have suppressed our inner knowing. It’s by design. There is also a spectrum of this suppression. I have not seen anything close to what others have endured.

Think about this next time you are in your head about something. Where is that narrative coming from? Chances are it’s not from you.

We are powerful and intuitive beyond measure. It’s time to access it and move into a new space. One that allows us to thrive not just survive.

The way of life that we’ve been living needs to end. The experiment was not successful.

Questioning authority and institutions is necessary. When they are only working for a few at the top, it doesn’t work.

Through trust in ourselves and our own inner authority, we will move into a new era. One that gives to the collective.

A world where people can breathe again. Literally and figuratively. This is very possible. Don’t let the very few trick you into believing it’s not.

Ep 42 digs deep into the collective energy around giving our power away and not trusting ourselves. The way we break out of this cycle on earth is reconnection.

Moving away from all the sh/t we were told to believe. The people we put above us for reasons we don’t quite understand anymore. Reconnecting with our inner knowing and intuition.

After a lifetime of searching for peace and purpose, we realize we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. It’s through our soul’s imprint that we can answer those age old questions.

I made this Reel for me. In a world where we are onto the next thing, project, appointment, errand, goal, it’s never been more important to slow down and be grateful.

Summer 2026 you were amazing. The energy was tough at times and I felt my way through it. Looking back, it was filled with all kinds of beauty, people, nature and experience. That’s just life, isn’t it? The part of life that makes it all worth living. My soul is full.

Last night, @erykahbadu and @alanthechemist brought us to another realm. This was not just a concert but a full on spiritual experience.

I’ve seen her many times over the years but this was something different. The threads that exist between this night and The Space Between blew me away.

Sometimes you have to return to yourself 🎶❤️‍🔥

Thank you, Erykah. For your art, love, gifts, soul and light. I am blessed to walk this time with you. It’s more than I could have expected and exactly what I needed.
