POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Revenge never ends well because it keeps you emotionally attached to the very person or situation you’re trying to defeat.

You think you’re settling the score. In reality, you’re extending the relationship.

Every act demands another response. Every wound needs another wound. And eventually, nobody remembers where it started—only that it never ended.

The real power move isn’t revenge.

It’s becoming so completely free of what hurt you that you no longer need to see it hurt back.

Revenge keeps the story alive.
Indifference ends it. #equinoxfitness #revenge #paulettawashington #denzilwashington

Williamsburg Waterfront Penthouse • Broker Tour

We brought the market through this one — and it landed exactly how you’d expect.

A full-floor penthouse with a keyed elevator entry, over 1,000 square feet of private outdoor space, and a layout that actually lives as well as it looks. Two levels of interior space unfold around a sculptural staircase, with oversized windows pulling in light from every angle and sliding glass walls that open the entire living space to a front-facing terrace with a built-in grill.

The kitchen is clean, intentional, and built to perform — Scavolini cabinetry, waterfall island, and a full suite of integrated appliances that match the scale of the home.

Downstairs, four flexible bedrooms give you options — guest rooms, offices, or a true separation between living and private space. The primary suite leans into a more grounded, spa-like feel with Clé slate, dual showers, and marble finishes.

And then the rooftop — 665 square feet of skyline and river views, fully built out with multiple seating areas and an outdoor kitchen. The kind of space that doesn’t just show well… it stays with people.

Positioned just off the Williamsburg waterfront near Domino Park and Marsha P. Johnson State Park, surrounded by some of the neighborhood’s best restaurants and nightlife.

This is what buyers are asking for right now: light, outdoor space, privacy, and design that feels considered.

DM to schedule a private showing today.

What an amazingly special night at @marearestaurants with @alysonrixner, @soulcyclesue and #miriam at @marearestaurants.

Through the generosity of @chefpjcalapa and his donation to the @active_minds fundraiser, we were treated to a magnificent dinner with no detail ignored.

Thank you, @alnyc16 for helping to facilitate. And thanks, Rix, for taking us! The photos can’t capture the magic but the last photo captures our fun!

🍻 Oktoberfest is back at Hourglass Brewery this Saturday, October 4 at 3 PM.

Expect cold pours, German eats, live music, and enough good vibes to make you forget Florida is still 90 degrees.

Bring your friends, bring your competitive streak, and maybe bring a ride home.

Teams have a purpose. I wouldn’t be where I am without starting on one.

But eventually.. I wanted more. More control. More freedom. More ownership.

Agents.. if you feel like you’ve outgrown your current setup, maybe it’s time to talk.

The secret to selling homes? Upgrades that matter.
I tested the playbook on my own home.. open spaces, natural light, clean finishes.. and saw the value jump. Clients get the same strategy.

Renovating your own house is like running a marathon in flip-flops. Doable.. but painful.

The good news? I’ve already tested which upgrades actually add equity.. and which ones just drain your wallet.

Thinking about renovating? DM me before you swing that hammer.

Real estate isn’t a transaction.
It’s a relationship. When you work with me, you’re getting all of it.

Me, Shiloh, Milton, and the commitment to actually show up.

People want to work with someone they know, like, and trust.
That’s always been the priority.

Ready for the real deal? Let’s talk.

New to market! No rear neighbors. No noise. No excuses.

This 3 bed, 2 bath Lakeland home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with a yard big enough for your dog, your grill, and your bad decisions.

The kind of home that makes your landlord flinch.

Book your showing.
