Who doesn’t love a plot twist 🪄 I have absolutely zero idea what the plan is & as a type A girly who has had a five year plan since the day I was born, I’m stressed to say the least 😅

Anyone else randomly get the urge to change their entire lives & then do it with zero forethought? 🙋‍♀️

A gentle reminder that our bodies are meant to be LIVED in, not looked at. Amidst the “summer body” content I felt like I wanted to remind myself, and hopefully encourage others, to love our bodies without asking them to look/fit a certain mold.

Our bodies do so much for us every single day without ever asking anything in return, the least we can do is appreciate, fuel, and be kind to them🫶🏻

Have an EMBODIED summer everyone 🌊 🧚
