I have gained countless memories and countless friendships with so many of you. Seeing each of you show up day after day, putting in the work to better yourself is such a gift and I am so thankful to be a small part of your fitness journey’s.

I work beside the strongest and most dedicated group of women. How lucky I am to not only call them my coworkers but also my best friends. Our bond is unbreakable and I am forever thankful to have each of you by my side. Kenn, Tay, Tyler, Bella, and Lex I love you all so much. 🤍

Special shoutout to Kennady for giving me the opportunity to instruct. I will forever be grateful that you took a chance on me. You have no idea how much the studio has changed my life. Because of you I have truly found my calling and I am forever thankful to do what I love each day. I love you beyond words and am so thankful to have you.

As I write this with tears in my eyes all I can say is thank you. Honestly thank you will never be enough but I am just so thankful to each and every one of you who has given the studio a chance.

1 year on the podium ✨

I have been thinking about what to write on this post all day but for the first time in a long time I am at a loss for words. My heart is so full of love and gratitude for every single one of our riders. I’ll start by simply saying thank you.

I will never forget last year driving to the studio for my first class on a Monday morning for my 7am ride. I was working the desk before @kennadybreean’s class and I remember being so nervous, going over my playlist over and over and thinking I can only hope to be half the instructor that the other girls were at drip. Who would have known that morning my life would change for the better.

365 classes in 365 days, if you know me I love when numbers just work out like that. I celebrated one year with a Monday double of course and today was everything I could have hoped for and more. The love and support I felt in both my rides is something I will never forget. What was even more special is I had multiple riders in both my classes today that rode in my first class last year.

Every after class sweaty selfie, every friendship, every playlist , every costume, and every ride has led me to this day. My life has changed for the better because of @drip.spinstudio. I walked in last May with @shiannstokes as just another first time rider who would’ve known that first ride would lead to so much more.

Our riders, the heart of the studio, thank you for showing up each day for all of us and for making drip what it is. So thankful to ride with you, to push you, and to help you become the best versions of yourselves each day.

To the other instructors, my girls, it is an honor to work beside each of you every single day. My best friends, i am truly so thankful for your constant support and your friendships.

2 birthday rides in 5 days. This community has shown me so much love over the last few days. @drip.spinstudio is so special and has truly become my second home. I have made countless friendships with so many of you. My favorite part of this job is not only being your instructor but also your friend too.

My heart is so full. I will never be able to thank you all enough or put into words how much you all mean to me. Every card, every gift, all the flowers, seriously you had me in tears.

I will never take for granted the opportunity I have to lead all of you each ride. You have shaped and changed me into a better person and I can only hope i’ve done the same for you.
