3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣!!!

Three hundred times I’ve chosen to show up for myself. Not all days were perfect, and some were HARD, but I did it and I’m damn proud. The feeling of accomplishment I get when I hit a new PR for miles in a class or my average power, or how strong I feel after a power class is second to none and makes the hard days worth it.

Yeah, the physical changes have been great, but as my girl Hilary Duff says: stronger, not smaller 💪🏼

Never in a million years did I think I would become obsessed with riding a stationary bike, yet here we are. As a girl who’s never enjoyed any kind of fitness, I have finally found a workout that brings me nothing but pure joy 💗

Drip, you have built such a beautiful, strong community and I am so grateful to be a part of it. Every time I enter the studio, it is filled with nothing short of energy and love. Here’s to 50 rides and MANY MANY more 💗💧🚲

100 rides💪🏼🤍🍾

I can’t imagine a better way to hit #100 (and 101) than a Monday double with @amandaa_martz and @taylor.lavale the two of you have taught a large majority of my rides and always been so encouraging and such bright lights in my day. I’m so glad @drip.spinstudio brought you both into my life

And my love, I am so lucky to have been able to have you by my side for this milestone and so many rides. I am endlessly blessed to have found someone who values their own health and fitness while being just as supportive of me and mine. I love you forever🩷

Here’s to the next 100 and more!
