What does it mean to lead from our calling rather than from a prescribed role?

This experiential workshop invites participants into a creative exploration of leadership as an embodied and relational practice. Through expressive arts, movement, guided reflection, and embodied awareness, we will explore our calling, creative leadership, and the art of creating meaningful spaces where others can feel seen, heard, and supported to access their own wisdom.

Together, we will explore how creativity can expand the way we lead, how the body can guide our presence, and what supports us to remain grounded and resilient when holding space becomes challenging.

Participants will be invited to discover their own leadership qualities, resources, and ways of serving what matters, while reflecting on the quality of leadership they want to embody and carry into their lives.

This workshop is an invitation to discover rather than perform, and to experience leadership as a creative practice of presence, relationship, and service.

Through movement, art, and storytelling we’ll explore cultural roots, release stories, and plant seeds for renewal.

The cyclamen mirrors the Palestinian spirit: enduring hardship, yet blooming with love and dignity. Healing is not erasing wounds, but transforming them into creativity and hope. No art experience needed, just an open heart.
