So proud of this boy!! In the past few weeks he has had so many accomplishments: tying his own shoes, riding his bike without training wheels, completing his first martial arts belt test (today!), and making awesome progress in his swimming!! 🥰🥰 by @amandaecampo

I had an amazing time teaching my first Karma class last Saturday! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Thank you 🙏🏼 to all my friends and guests who came! It was a great first day turnout!

I have two more vinyasa karma classes this week at @inspireyogagrapevine on Friday 9/11/25 at 5:45-6:45 and at @inspireyogacolleyville at 11:30-12:30 benefiting @tatumstulips 🌷

🔆🔆🔆MY UPCOMING KARMA CLASS SCHEDULE!🔆🔆🔆

Along with my fellow Inspire Yoga Grads, we are partnering with an incredible nonprofit organization @tatumstulips 🌷 which raises awareness and supports individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.

This organization is especially near to my heart as I have worked with several children and adults with Down Syndrome in my career as an occupational therapist and each unique person has a special place in my memory 💐

I would LOVE for you to join me for a class at @inspireyogagrapevine or @inspireyogacolleyville starting ✨NEXT WEEK!✨ I could use all the support I can get as a new yoga teacher and the $15 drop in fee goes to a great cause!

Swipe to see a little preview of my flow from my teach out last weekend and a bit of what you can expect when you come to my class! ⭐️

Comment or DM me if you’d like to join and I’ll send you a link to sign up! ❤️ taken in Inspire Yoga by @amandaecampo

This summer I have been working on Yoga Teacher Training 🧘🏼‍♀️ with the best group of people (and sweetest doggie @lovinlionel)! ❤️ Yoga has been positively transformative for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. I am SO excited to begin this journey and share my love of it with others! I’ll be hosting classes locally in studio at @inspireyogagrapevine and @inspireyogacolleyville so if you’re local, I’d love for you to attend! Details to come! by @amandaecampo
