Stop trying to pick the next big stock. Own all of them instead. 📈 ETFs all day. If I can do it, you can too 🤍 Save this + send it to the friend who keeps asking where to start.

Of all the things we’ve accomplished together, this might be the one I’m most grateful for. 🥹 We’ve built such a beautiful life, and getting to celebrate this next chapter with everyone we love made it that much more meaningful. Bringing our families, cultures, and all the different people from our lives together in one place was the most heartwarming thing we’ve ever witnessed 😭😭 there are not enough thank you’s we can give to our family, friends and community. Truly.

The feels. The laughter. All the love from this day. AK and her team absolutely killed it in capturing it all 🫶 @solfulstudios

This one is for the Del Sur folks who get it 👀

$2.35M | 4 beds | 3 baths | 3,028 sq ft

Former model home fully renovated with paid solar. Downstairs bed and bath + loft. Need I say more? But the specs aren’t the only highlights here. This is one of those homes where you’re buying into the Del Sur lifestyle just as much as the house: beautiful neighborhood, great community, and a floor plan that actually works for real life.

Mel & I are giving you the full tour, including the details we think actually matter when you’re deciding if a home is worth $2M+.

Would you pay $2.35M for this one? 👀

Most people spend first and save whatever’s left. That’s why there’s nothing left. The 50/30/20 rule changed how I think about every dollar I make.

50% needs. 30% wants. 20% savings and investing. That’s it.

The second I started paying myself first, everything shifted. The investments got automatic. The account stopped hitting zero. You don’t need to make more money. You need a system.

Save this and actually try it this month. by @amandainvests

The biggest mistake homebuyers make? Waiting until they feel ready to buy their forever home. 🏡 It’s no secret that Southern California home prices are HIGH. We pay a premium for the lifestyle, but for most people, buying their dream home right away just isn’t realistic.

And even if you can afford your forever home, how do you know it’ll be the right fit forever? Life changes, careers evolve, families grow, and what you want at 28 might look completely different at 38.

I think we put too much pressure on finding the perfect home when sometimes the best move is simply getting your foot in the door.

Your first home can be a stepping stone to building equity and eventually getting into a home that fits your next chapter.

Buy when it makes financial sense, but don’t wait for a home that checks every box. Or you’ll be stuck in the waiting phase forever!! by @amandainvests
