The biggest mistake homebuyers make? Waiting until they feel ready to buy their forever home. 🏡 It’s no secret that Southern California home prices are HIGH. We pay a premium for the lifestyle, but for most people, buying their dream home right away just isn’t realistic.

And even if you can afford your forever home, how do you know it’ll be the right fit forever? Life changes, careers evolve, families grow, and what you want at 28 might look completely different at 38.

I think we put too much pressure on finding the perfect home when sometimes the best move is simply getting your foot in the door.

Your first home can be a stepping stone to building equity and eventually getting into a home that fits your next chapter.

Buy when it makes financial sense, but don’t wait for a home that checks every box. Or you’ll be stuck in the waiting phase forever!!

Sooo true! We don’t stay comfortable in the one chair and same position. We shift and reposition to a new comfort. 🙌🏽
