I had the absolute pleasure of being a B D S M consultant for this new series on @fxnetworks and @hulu.

What does that mean??

For this project, I got to review a few of the scenes and provide context to the mindset, behaviors and attitudes of the characters within the scene.

This including chatting directly with the actor to help understand the deeper meaning and context behind the dialogue and scene direction.

Next week I’m headed off to speak at The Summit with @idcprofessionals, and I’m so thrilled to continue this conversation.

My heart lights up when we can take B D S M out of the dark and scary dungeons and provide the real human stories and expressions of the connection, intimacy and healing that can happen through intentional exploration and curiosity.

Big News!! 📣

I am now listed on @idcprofessionals as a Certified* Intimacy Coordinator!

*Certification Pending

This marks the next step in my career and a commitment to my learning and evolution. I am now in Phase 5 of the certification process, meaning I now have the tools to confidently take on work while continuing to deepen my skill set.

During this mentorship phase, I will continue to strengthen my skills under the care of some of the industries top IC’s. This phase also includes additional training and a requirement of 10 days on set as an IC.

This marks such an important part of my process and my desire in helping productions tell intimate stories, especially B D S M, k/nk, queer, and s/x worker narratives, with authenticity, care, and craft.

I had the time of my life celebrating the World Premiere of @bytherootsfilm at the @thebhfilmfest on Saturday!

Written and directed by the incomparable @therealmadisonyoung, staring @emilyrobinson (She won Best Access for her performance!!!), @brantdaugherty, @josephineyuting, @briarmagee and more to bring this beautiful and important story to the big screen.

I had the greatest pleasure of helping to create a beautiful scene of connection, intimacy and b•ndage for this film. I cried experiencing the magnitude and significance of this moment.

What a magical way to celebrate my birthday.

This #intimacycoordinator is on her way to speak on a panel about IC work at the 2026 Annual Sexological Conference with @sexualhealthalliance. 🎉

This week I’ve already facilitated my 12-month online chakra program, The Ascension, hosted a self-tying class, and am deep in prep for a new IC project that starts filming next week.

Let me tell you… building a new career is not for the faint of heart. I realize this is my 3rd or 4th career, and the culmination of all my years of experience.

Despite years of experience in intimacy and consent work, I am always deepening my practice and honing my skills. The path to certification has revealed the places where I feel super confident as well as the aspects that need further development & practice.

As my mentor, @clairewarden_ suggests… it is not about perfection, but rather about striving for excellence.

My goal is to be an excellent IC, and to have this work take me all over the world to help tell bold, human stories of connection and intimacy.

Because presence isn’t something you perform. It’s something you practice.

When I tie with no one watching, everything slows down. My breath deepens and my thoughts slow as I meet myself in nothing but this moment.

I get to notice what I’m feeling and sit with all of me…including the shame, the fear and the uncertainty, and meet all of it with love and presence.

That same love and presence I bring into my relationships, my work and all of life.

And I hope the same for you.

So let me ask…when was the last time you were fully with yourself with no one watching? 👀

That’s part of why I created The Ethers, a meditative self-tying experience. No partner. No audience. Nothing to perform. Just you, your rope and your breath. A space to go within, meet all of you with love and practice presence you can carry home.

It was me. 🍎

I took the bite, and my eyes were opened to good and evil.

And after Eve shared the fruit with Adam, God said “these humans have become like one of us, knowing both good and evil.”

Not fallen. Not sin. Not shamed. Awakened to the knowledge of both good and evil. Before this, simply pleasure.

God drove Adam & Eve out of the garden of Eden, not because they sinned, but because if they also ate of the Tree of Life, they would live forever. It was protection.

Maybe we can stop blaming women for the downfall of men, and come into the truth: that we are here to awaken insight, knowing and deeper consciousness.

We get to cultivate lives that have meaning to us.

If I had one year to build a life I’m totally obsessed with, I’d do these 7 things 👇

1. Remove the negativity.
Things won’t always go the way you want but attitude is everything. Remove the people and ideas that judge and criticize. Your energy is precious.

2. Get on my knees and pray.
I am limited in my power but God is not. Sure, I may think that I got here all by myself, but it’s time to surrender and see what else life has planned.

3. Find a hobby.
Do something just for fun, and let yourself be bad at it. I joined a Dolly Parton band camp. Zero regrets.

4. Touch (and talk to) myself like someone I love.
How you treat and honor your Self expands to how you treat others. All love starts from within.

5. Say yes to the weird invitation.
Some of the best chapters can start with, “wait, what?” See what sits just outside of your comfort zone.

6. Trust the process.
Not everything has to make sense right now. The process is how the diamond gets made. Every detour, every “no,” every plot twist is leading somewhere. Let life unfold and trust that it’s working out for you.

7. Choose pleasure every single day.
Find joy in the small things and let gratitude fill your life. The perfect cup of coffee, the curated playlist, the dance in the kitchen. Let yourself love it.

A life you’re obsessed with doesn’t just show up uninvited. It’s cultivated. Every day. With intention.

I know it’s not this simple, but what if it was?

When we honor our boundaries, needs and desires, we demonstrate to ourselves and others that we matter. We reaffirm our right to personal agency, and the right to consent to the life and choices we make.

Consent first starts within the body.
Feel your yes. Know your no.

No. Is a complete sentence. It requires no justification or reason. We trust and honor the no, just as we celebrate the yes.

When I can trust your “no” I can also trust your “yes.”

See if you can truly honor the next time you receive a “no.” And next time you want to say “no” see if you can do it without explanation.

Respect ourselves, each other and our right to choose.

Freedom lives in the choice. 💗
