USA FOOTBALL PASSING ACCELERATOR

I had the opportunity to coach at the USA Football Passing Accelerator, working with quarterbacks alongside some incredible coaches and athletes. We focused on the fundamentals, from posture and footwork to throwing mechanics and wrapped up the day with film study, breaking down what makes great quarterback play.

One of my favorite parts of coaching is that the learning never stops. Every clinic, every conversation, and every experience helps me become a better coach for the athletes I work with.

If you’re a coach looking to grow this offseason, I highly recommend checking out the USA Football Coach Training Program. For just $49.50, you get access to coaching education, practice plans, drills, and resources for both tackle and flag football.

Invest in yourself so you can invest in your players 🏈

If you’re interested in learning more, head to the USA Football website and check out the USA Football Coach Training Program at usafootball.com/coach-training-program.

One year ago, I was incredibly honored to be selected as a recipient of the Scott Pioli & Family Fund for Women Football Coaches and Scouts Grant through the Women’s Sports Foundation.

To Scott Pioli, his family, and the Women’s Sports Foundation, thank you for investing in women coaches. Your support creates opportunities, fuels growth, and helps shape the future of football.

Over the past year, this grant has helped me take advantage of incredible opportunities that have accelerated my coaching journey.

Starting last summer I was selected to attend the Minnesota Vikings Coaching Summit.

As the TE/FB Coach at Eastern University, our men’s football team won the MAC Conference Championship.

As the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator of Eastern University Women’s Flag Football, we competed in two conferences, finished 21-4, earned a national ranking, and hosted a home playoff game in a successful second season.

This summer I was selected by USA Football to coach at the USA Flag Football Select Bowl in Los Angeles and later participate in the USA Football Accelerator Camp.

This past year has reinforced how impactful opportunities like this can be. Investing in women coaches doesn’t just help individual careers but it strengthens the game and creates opportunities for the next generation.

Thank you again to Scott Pioli, his family, and the Women’s Sports Foundation for believing in me and investing in my future. I’m grateful for your support and excited for what’s ahead. @scottpioli51 @womenssportsfoundation taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @amandaruller

USA FLAG SELECT BOWL 🏈🇺🇸

I was grateful for the opportunity to coach at the Select Bowl alongside an outstanding group of coaches and some of the top high school athletes in the country.

This was also my first time coordinating an offense in the 5v5 format, which challenged me to think differently, adapt, and continue growing as a coach. I learned so much throughout the week and I’m excited to bring those lessons into the upcoming season.

Preparing for opportunities like this is why I continue investing in my own development. The USA Football Coach Training Program has been a valuable resource, giving me access to coaching education, practice plans, drills, and tools that helped me feel prepared going into the week.

Now it’s time to shift gears… tackle football season is right around the corner. 🍂🏈
