Wellness has become another way to stress your body out.

10 different brands of supplements and protein powders, 10K steps or more, sauna, cold plunges, red light therapy, lymphatic massages, training every muscle group 2-3 times per week, doing Pilates, yoga, everyday stretches, drive around the country to get all of your groceries from different organic, biological places and so much more.

When did taking care of yourself become a fulltime job?
Your body doesn’t need to do everything. Constantly adding more because Instagram told you “it’s Healthy” is what can make wellness feel exhausting.
All those things above can really help improve your health and we believe in most of them, but it’s not supposed to compensate for a lifestyle that leaves you exhausted.
The “boring” stuff still matters: sleep, drink water, move your body, eat enough, take rest days, consistency. You don’t need a new wellness hack every time you’ve opened social media.

Support your life with wellness, don’t let it be another thing you are failing at.

Chapter 9/12📅 the first week already gone💨

When the -ber months start the season changes, therefore the outfits change, the warm drinks take over, the indoor coziness starts🧸🧦
Your mindset can make a powerful shift also. The autumn season stands for letting go what no longer serves and make room for new life (within you).
So what are you manifesting these days to make this yet another season to glow and be the best version of yourself?
