An elevated dinner is about more than what’s on the menu. It’s about creating an experience from the moment your guests arrive.

Amaranth specializes in designing florals and tablescapes for private dinners, milestone celebrations, intimate gatherings and beautifully curated parties.

For this unforgettable evening at The Fifth Avenue Hotel in NYC, the setting was already extraordinary. Our florals added another layer of beauty, texture and intention to the table.

Because sometimes the most memorable celebrations aren’t the biggest ones. They’re the ones gathered around a beautiful table with your favorite people.

From intimate dinner parties to holiday celebrations, there is something about fall that makes us want to gather.

At Amaranth, we believe entertaining should feel thoughtful without feeling overly styled. The most memorable tables are often the ones that layer seasonal flowers, beautiful objects, candlelight, food, and the things you already love in a way that feels natural and welcoming.

Here are a few of our favorite ways to bring fall to the table. Read our latest blog for more tips & ideas. 🍂 by @amaranthflorist

Still celebrating an unforgettable weekend with Philadelphia Ballet. 🩰✨
We were so proud to be the floral partner for the Spotlight Soirée Gala, celebrating the grand opening of the beautiful new Center for Dance on Broad Street, and honored to continue as the Ballet’s florist for the 2026–2027 season.
A true gem in the heart of Philadelphia and an inspiring new home for dance and creativity. Grateful to be part of this milestone alongside an incredible group of event partners, and so excited for what’s ahead.
