My baby is gone. My road dawg, my soul dog, my protector, my best friend, my daughter and I lowkey feel like I lost a part of myself. Last night, Sunday, June 29th, my baby Lyric crossed the rainbow bridge & God took her into his arms. I am devastated. Heartbroken and lost for words. I feel numb and can’t quite process a life without her. However, I am eternally grateful for the love that she has provided me. Her loyalty was unwavering and she always knew exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Lyric and I have been through SO MUCH together over the past 9 years and we spent every waking moment together. She saw me at my best and my worst and never judged me. She knew me at my core, better than anyone else. Where you saw me, you saw Lyric. From family functions to shopping trips to outdoor runs, to car rides just for the music, Lyric was by side morning, noon and night. If you knew Lyric, you knew that she was an amazing dog. Extremely intelligent, well behaved and emotionally in tune. She was a sweet girl, calm yet playful. Lyric LOVED to watch TV (aka, sit and stare outside at animals for hours), go for long walks, sunbathe on the deck, spend time with family, go to stores with me and absolutely loved to cuddle- she was BIG cuddler. Lyric was such a rider, she even completed 75 Hard with me! Man, that little girl was tough!! Lyric was the bright spot in my life and my favorite part of coming home and her memory will forever be cherished in my heart.

Lyric, I love you so much momma and I pray that you are happy, free of pain, running through the grass and eating all the delicious food because you deserve it my sweet girl. Watch over me and our family and please come visit me. I miss you SO much momma… 🥺 Until we meet again… 🌈😢🙏🏾🕊️🖤✨

Summer 2022 Photo Dump:

This summer was probably one of my best summers. I kind of like to think of it as a beautiful mess. The amount of joy I experienced is unreal; even within the growth that took place. During this summer , I,

▪️Celebrated my childhood friends’ BEAUTIFUL wedding
▪️Celebrated Father’s Day, my Aunts 60th birthday and Juneteenth all in a 3 day trip to Paris with my family.
▪️Went on a week long solo trip to LA and skydived, which I’ve wanted to do for YEARS!
▪️Celebrated my mom and the opening her new brokerage!! #FrazierFameRealty
▪️Celebrated one year at my job and became a senior culture leader.
▪️Got more amazing haircuts and hit my goal weight- building this bawdy ody ody baby!!
▪️Went on the first of so many solo dates
▪️Had SO much (needed) sibling time and built AMAZING new friendships.

It’s the experiences that you go through that build you, shape you. Make you the person you are and this summer definitely changed me in the best way and for that, I am SO thankful!!

This past week, I decided to take a solo trip to LA to reset and do something for myself so that’s exactly what I did. Best decision ever! Sometimes we get so caught up in the day to day and living for others that we forget to prioritize ourselves and I’m no longer doing that. I’ve spent way too much time focused on outside relationships, work, and perfectionism, instead of focusing on the relationship with myself and building my own foundation. Shit, better late than never!

This is the first time in my life where I feel as free as as I do. Free of worry, free of attachments, free of expectations. I’m literally living my life for me right now and doing what makes MY soul happy. I’m choosing me!

This past year stretched me and strengthened me.
