Congratulations to our very own Chef Carlos Delgado on being selected as one of Food & Wine’s 2026 Best New Chefs list!

Food & Wine has named America’s Best New Chefs annually since 1988. The very first class included chefs who would go on to transform the restaurant world: Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Rick Bayless and Hubert Keller. The accolade has helped to propel the careers of many others since, including Nobu Matsuhisa, Tom Colicchio, David Chang, Anita Lo, David Bouley, Nancy Silverton, Grant Achatz, Kwame Onwuachi, and more.

Peru’s blueberry boom meets the birthplace of Pisco. 🫐

Biloxi y Tonico pairs Torontel Pisco from Ica with blueberry oleo, citrus, mint and cardamom teas, quina tincture, and a touch of salt. Carbonated for an effervescent, refreshing finish.

… WOW. The food, the drinks, the service!

everything was a 10/10.

The fish, ceviche, drinks… literally everything we had was SO good. And the service was unmatched. Huge shoutout to Chris, Lauren, and Chelsea, the manager, for making the experience so amazing. Nothing was wrong the entire time, and they were still going above and beyond.

Definitely one of those restaurants I’ll be thinking about for a while.
