This journey has been so personal. I am a person that likes instant gratification and building @formationhaus_ brick by brick was not that.

Having a dream and feeling like it NEEDED to be fulfilled or it would make me sicker than any job I’ve had and trust they STRESSED me to the max.

Long story short, life is short so make sure you’re waking up everyday with YOU in mind. Imagine if I would’ve suppressed the idea of a Pilates mat only studio and just got another job.

I knew that when I was opening @formationhaus_ I wanted to build a community like no other in the pilates world and I knew off top that would start with our instructors. They are the foundation of the Haus. They bring the energy and the vibe each and everyday.

We all have and bring something different which makes it special.

I could cry daily, happy tears, just based off having the support of these ladies. 💚💚💚

Recap of a few fits I threw together this week!

As a studio owner and instructor I’m changing my activewear multiple times a day. It’s super important to have items that show my personality and also re comfy. Here’s a 👀 at what I wore this week 💚

I have been having fun mixing and matching my @oneractive soft motion sets.

On top of that @lululemon fold over shorts are in my top favs for the summer PLEASE bring them back in all colors. Speaking of Lulu, I felt so business chic for our @formationhaus_ photoshoot, in those brown trousers and olive sports top 💚🤎

@sheinofficial always brings the fun to my fits. Because I’m changing multiple times a day having cute inexpensive options are necessary.
