💚 Stronger, capable, confident, and happy one class at a time 💪🏽 I will never complain to Amber about the grueling workouts when it’s given me so much in return 🧘🏻‍♀️🔥 But I WILL give her a side eye when I peep the thick band 👀🥴

Tell me why 2 lbs just worked my ENTIRE body 😭 Amber had us strap in before warming up and I knew it was over.

💚 Keep going

This was probably one of the hardest workouts I did that made me actually pause mid workout. But Alyssa’s class was the start of actually pushing myself to my limits and finding my strength. 🧘🏻‍♀️💪🏽 not to mention killer thighs 😉

Do the hard things.

Amber and Lanie’s thousand-yard stares 💀💀💀

Forever in debt to Alyssa for these strong quads 🩷 still on fire 3 days later 😂🥵💪🏽

Pilates is my therapy. 🧘‍♀️

Every session at Formation Haus does something different for me. Some days it calms me down, some days it has me laughing with my instructors, and some days they push me a little further than I thought I could go.

That’s the magic of it. It’s not just physical. It’s moving meditation with results you can feel in your body and your mood.

Grateful for the best “therapists”around 💛
