Forward is forward.

A mantra I kept with me for the 34 hours it took to climb 33,000 ft and run 108 miles to circumnavigate Mont Blanc. (thanks @chelletraveled for the pre race mantra inspiration ☺️).

To say I left inspired feels like an understatement. It is difficult to put into words the magic that is @utmbworldseries. The thousands of high fives, the thousands of people staying up through the night to cheer and support strangers on their journey, dancing to the music, making friends from around the world on the trail - supporting each other along the way.

This race is a testament to the human spirit and a display of how connective this sport is 💛.

Thank you to everyone that helped me close the loop.

Thank you to my friends and family at home following along and cheering virtually.

Thank you to my @sfrunco fam that ran countless Tams with me leading up to the race, and for showing up at the finish line to cheer 💛 (@vivekgowri @davidtlam @therunetarian @lynn.miao).

Thank you to everyone in Chamonix that sent well wishes.

Thank you to @salomonrunning for the head to toe gear I wore through all 108 miles.

Thank you to @aaronkubala for being the absolute best crew I could ask for. He helped me problem solve along the way, helped lift me out of the lows, cheered me on through the highs and delivered mid race iced lattes and croissants 🥐 for yours truly 💁‍♀️👸.

There is a lot more to reflect on and process, but this has been a heck of a first 100 mile experience. Safe to say we’ll be back Chamonix 💛💛💛 taken in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, France by @amberthoule

I’m going to Chamonix, 2025 🇫🇷🏃🏼‍♀️🥲

I’d been putting off committing to a 100k race, because it scared the heck out of me. But I knew I would someday want to race in Chamonix, France (basically the SuperBowl of trail running - idk is that the right analogy? Haha) and in order to do so I would need to start running qualifying races, to then enter a lottery and cross my fingers I’d get in. Little did I expect to secure a direct entry spot and qualify for my dream race in France.

ANYWAYS what a beautiful adventure @mexicobyutmb was!!! From the Sierra Madre mountains, to the countless river crossings, the hundreds of butterflies, the crazy jungle (way too many terrifying giant spiders 😄) the heat, the culture, the people… highly recommend this race for anyone looking to do some international racing (plus you get to recover on the beach after and eat the best food 😉)

Third 200+ mile race of 2026 I’ll be pacing and crewing this weekend 🫡. Grateful that racing allows us to explore some of the most beautiful places in this world on our own two feet while supporting each other through the highs and the lows 💛.

Two races down, two wins, one to go. I lost my mom a few weeks before Tahoe 200, and it’s reframed the whole mission. Running is just running, but it can be a platform for something else. So far, we’ve raised $54,605 for metastatic breast cancer research through @metavivor in honor of her. Every dollar goes to peer-reviewed research. Link in bio to contribute

I’ve been so deeply blown away by the generosity and support of this community, and am ready and ever motivated to knock the Triple Crown out of the park. Forever inspired by those who have helped me get here. It’s go time

Tomorrow I attempt my first 100 mile race. The largest trail race in the world. 109 miles and 33,000 ft of climbing around Mont Blanc. 2500 racers, crossing three countries - France, Italy and Switzerland on feet.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t terrified. Most importantly I am excited to put years worth of work to test and enjoy a BIG day moving through some of the most beautiful mountains 💛. Forward is forward. Wish me luck 🥹🤞🏼and see you in Chamonix. Race starts at 5:45pm local time Friday.

Almost 7 years ago I went to Chamonix alone and hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc over 6 days with no plans and nowhere to stay.

Little did I know that 7 years later I’d be toeing the line at the largest trail race in the world along that same route 🥹 @utmbmontblanc 108 miles through 3 countries.

Now I just need to bubble wrap myself and stop falling so I can show up on the start line healthy in a couple of weeks, and maybe even without stitches in my knee 😅🤞🏼 taken in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, France by @amberthoule

@qcmegatrail and Canadian trail championship 🇨🇦 - my first trail race in 1.5 years! So happy and excited to be back and to test out my gear and nutrition before I head to @utmbworldseries in less than 2 months!!!

Just under 50 miles and 12k feet of climbing ⛰️. The @runeastpeak ice bandana kept me cool 🧊😎 in the east coast heat and humidity and the @salomon genesis shoes kept me sturdy on the technical terrain 💪.

Racing is so much fun!!! Thank you @aaronkubala and my cousin Sarah for being the best support crew ☺️💛

I’ve been logging a lot of miles to not only train for my upcoming races, but to keep up with @aaronkubala on my pacing section during @destinationtrailraces Tahoe 200 miler this weekend.

3 days until Aaron starts the big loop around Lake Tahoe! I’ll be crewing and pacing him the last 37 miles / 60 km of the race with 8000 ft of climbing to the finish line 🏁 !

We’ve spent the last couple of weeks acclimating and training along the trails in Tahoe 😎. Ready to go!!!
