🍑🌳 Some races are more than finish lines, they become part of your story ❤️🫶🏾.

This weekend, I wasn’t just running the Peachtree Road Race.
I was running my love letter to Atlanta.

Somewhere between Buckhead and Piedmont Park, Atlanta stopped feeling like the place I live but a place I can call home.❤️🏙️

What keeps bringing you back to the Peachtree Road Race? Tell me your Peachtree story 🥰

Until next time, Peachtree 🍑🫶🏾

Week 1 of Keddlesthenics 💪🏾

This is a 21-day challenge from @kdwitthemuscle and it’s FREE to join. He posts daily workouts on Instagram.

No kettlebell? No problem. You can use a dumbbell instead. I used one until I borrowed one from @honeyalmond 😉🫶🏾🙌🏾

✨NIKE After Dark Half Marathon ✨
This was more than just a race — it was a celebration of empowerment. 💫 From the powerful energy of thousands of women running together, to the golden sunset lighting up the course, every moment was unforgettable.
The support from the community lining the streets, cheering us on, made every mile feel a little lighter on the hilly course. 🖤🔥
This one was for the strong, the united, and the unstoppable. We run the night. Until the next race…🏃🏾‍♀️💕🫶🏾#NikeAfterDark #SheRunsTheNight #HalfMarathon
