Marathon Training Week 5 // Best for Last Run Club with Dove 🕊️ // September 26, 2026

I had a 10K on the docket for this week, so I ran 3 with my friend Kelsey (THANK YOU!) before meeting up with @bestforlastrunclub for my last 3 miles! Best for Last was sponsored by @dove this week, so we got to try some products and honestly, I do think I’m gonna start using the Dove Antiperspirant Spray for runs now 🙌🏻 And an extra shout out to the 12 min pace group for pushing to do negative splits 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We did thattttttt!!!! 3rd race with baby and longest distance of pregnancy so far!! So proud and (so) tired!!!! 😂♥️

Shoutout to @runna always and use code TATIANA for 2 weeks free as you train for your next race!!

*** Right now, I’m still running through my pregnancy but I’m working closely with my own doctor as I go. This is what’s right for me, not advice for anyone else. Runna plans aren’t designed with pregnancy in mind, so I’m going to adapt the plan if I need to and will listen to my body and my expert medical advisors throughout. If you’re pregnant, please check with your own healthcare provider while training.

BIB SECURED!

It's official... your girl is running her FIRST Peachtree Road Race this weekend!

I'm excited. I'm hype. I'm READY. But let's clear one thing up... I ain't nervous about the race. I'm nervous about this HEAT. Atlanta Track Club already got us in the red zone, and baby, I respect that.

I've been hydrating all week, and when I say hydrating, I don't just mean water. I've been on the electrolytes HEAVY. Gatorade. BodyArmor. Vitamin Water. Coconut water. If I am drinking plain water, best believe it got a little Himalayan salt and a drizzle of honey in it. I'm trying to give my body everything it needs because this Georgia heat don't play fair.

The expo today was a whole experience! I grabbed all the freebies I could get my hands on, got me a massage, walked around, and just soaked in the energy. Seeing everybody getting ready made it all feel real.

And one more thing... while a lot of folks are celebrating the 4th of July, I'm celebrating 15 days after Juneteenth. That's just how I'm pulling up. Being able to experience one of Atlanta's biggest traditions, surrounded by thousands of people, representing Because I Can, celebrating my health, this running journey, and how far I've come... that's the celebration for me.

Now let's go make some memories, collect this finish line photo, earn this Peachtree t-shirt, and try not to melt in this Georgia heat.

first running vlog in a while! 🏃🏽‍♀️ hung out with @built2lastrunclub last Friday, they’re doing Peachtree Road Race training every friday until the 10k, I needed this run to break me back out into my running cause it’d been a LONG time. I was so sore, I remembered why I used to love going for cold plunges lol my body was so sore! B2L was all good vibes, I will be back! (just not tonight 😭)

always reppin @bestforlastrunclub anywhere I go 🩷
