YOUR TARGET. THEIR FUTURE. 🐻

A little time on the range can go a long way toward supporting conservation.

So far in 2026, you guys have helped us raise $780 for the American Bear Foundation and sponsor 19 ABF memberships through our Conservation Series targets!

With every ABF Black Bear target purchased, 25% of the sale goes directly toward supporting the foundation, and Deadnuts sponsors YOUR one-year ABF membership.

And there's something else worth checking out. 👀

ABF is giving one lucky winner the opportunity of a lifetime with their 2026 Alaskan Brown Bear Hunt Raffle!

The drawing is coming up October 31, so time is running out to get involved.

We're proud to support the American Bear Foundation, and we're even more grateful to everyone who's helped make this partnership a success.

We have been vacuum sealing, freezing, thawing, cooking and eating our fall bears with fat caps since 2020. Meat and fat quality ultimately depends on the condition it is in when it goes into the bag and the quality of the vacuum seal. We’ve had bear in the freezer for up to 3 years that looked the same as when it went in!

Voting for Amendment 83 has started as some Colorado residents are receiving mail in ballots currently. The American Bear Foundation is in full support of this campaign. Everyone deserves the right to hunt and fish. And the wildlife we all love deserve proper management to ensure healthy and sustainable populations for generations to come. The Hills ⬇️

1. Stop waiting until hunting season to learn how to hunt. The field is not the place to learn the basics.

2. Stop thinking you need more gear. You probably need more knowledge.

3. Stop relying on YouTube videos to piece together your entire hunting strategy. One video rarely gives you the whole picture.

4. Stop being afraid to ask questions. Every experienced hunter was a beginner once.

5. Stop accepting years of trial and error as the only way to become a better hunter. Learn from people who have already made the mistakes.

6. Stop thinking successful hunters just “know” what to do. They learned it somewhere.

You don’t need to spend the next 5 years guessing what works.

You need the right information, from people who have actually done it.

👉 Comment “INTRO” and I’ll send you our free Intro to Hunting Course to help you build a stronger foundation before you hit the field.

Save this for your next season and share it with someone who’s trying to figure hunting out.

Keep the fat

Make good use of the fat by rendering it down for cooking and other uses.

I plan to use as much fat as possible. It’s included with the cost of the bear so why not?

Somebody needed to say it.... In a world full of opinions, bear hunters should focus less on how others hunt and more on enjoying the experience for themselves. #UnitedWeStand #GuardTheGate by @americanbearfoundation
