With early registration in full swing here are our next round of secretariat introductions: Kaash Goyal our Chief of Staff, Nico Lempieri our Chief Technology officer, and Ankita Ganesh our Chief Operations Officer!

"Hello! My name is Kaash Goyal, and I am the Chief of Staff for AmeriMUNC XIV. I am a rising senior at AU and I’ve officially reached 10 years of Model UN this upcoming season! I was previously Director General of AmeriMUNC, and I’m very excited to take on the role of Chief of Staff and help lead our incredible staff in building an amazing conference for our delegates from around the world to enjoy and compete in. I’ll see you all in February and I’m looking forward to an amazing 2026-2027 season!"

"Hello! My name is Nico Lempieri, this is my second year in AmeriMUNC, and I am serving as Chief Technology Officer for AmeriMUNC XIV. I am a Junior Political Science major with a minor in Legal Studies. You may remember me from last year's conference as the one running around with cameras and HDMI cables, ensuring your committee rooms were working as intended. This year, my focus will be centered more on the advisor quality of life, as we slowly begin to roll out the advisor portal software and other related services. I can not wait to see all of you on campus in February for AmeriMUNC XIV!"

" “Hello! My name is Ankita and I am this year’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) of AmeriMUNC. I am a junior at AU, majoring in International Studies with a minor in Legal Studies. As the COO, I do a lot of the prep work for AmeriMUNC, such as catering and designing merch. I also get the amazing honor of planning and running the del dance! During the conference weekend, I ensure that the logistics of the conference are running smoothly, such as handling bus operations and making sure that all delegates have notepads. Me and my operations staffers are working hard to make sure that this AmeriMUNC will be one to remember! See you all soon!”

Introducing the next members of our Secretariat: Simulation Directors Nat Seaman and Sri Vellakkat, who are developing your crisis and interconnected simulations!

Nat Seaman: “My name is Nat Seaman and I have the privilege of being one of the Simulation Directors for AmeriMUNC XIV. I am a rising junior at American University studying International Relations and Arabic, with a focus on U.S. foreign policy and the Middle East. Like all of you, I did Model UN in high school, and I know the value that this experience and the lessons it will teach you holds. My team, which includes me, my wonderful co- Simulation Director Sri, and several amazing Under Simulation Directors, will be hard at work over the next several months putting together the best possible experience for you all on conference weekend. Get excited, get prepared, and we will see you in February.”

Sri Vellakkat: “Sri Vellakkat is a rising senior at American University, in Washington, D.C., pursuing a degree in International Studies. He began Model UN in earnest at American University, and has served as an Undersimulation Director for AmeriMUNC, a Chair, and as the Assistant Head Delegate of American University’s award-winning Model United Nations team. As Simulation Director, he hopes to pursue a fruitful, interconnected, conference.

Sri has experience working in public service and government environments, having interned in the U.S. House of Representatives, for the Asian-Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies, and for a Congressional campaign in the 2024 US election. He was recently accepted into American University’s Master of Arts programme to study United States Foreign Policy and National Security. When free, he loves going to the theatre, cooking, playing guitar, and hanging out with friends.” by @amerimunc

As we get closer to the start of AmeriMUNC XIV registration, we are excited to introduce our Director Generals (DGs), Tanvi Sood and Camille Wallis, who are working hard to create your committees for this year’s conference!

Tanvi Sood: “Hi everyone! My name is Tanvi, and I’m incredibly excited to serve as the Director-General for AmeriMUNC XIV. As I look ahead to my junior year at American University and reflect on my eight years in Model United Nations, I’m honored to help shape a conference that has meant so much to me as both a delegate and a member of staff. As a CLEG major - studying Communications, Law, Economics, and Government - my academic experience has reinforced what MUN has taught me: how to thoughtfully approach complex issues from multiple perspectives. As Director-General, my goal is to create an environment where every delegate feels challenged and supported. Whether it’s your first conference or your tenth, I hope AmeriMUNC XIV pushes you to think critically, engage meaningfully, and approach every challenge with creativity and empathy. I can’t wait to welcome you all this February!”

Camille Wallis: “Hi everyone! My name is Camille Wallis and I am so excited to serve as one of your Director Generals for AmeriMUNC XIV! I am a rising junior from just outside Detroit, Michigan majoring in International Studies and French. The past two years I have had the pleasure of being both a Chair and Under Director General, and can’t wait to bring all of my experience from those roles to help provide an amazing simulation this year! I am so excited to work with my fellow DG this year and my incredible team of UDGs. Outside of AmeriMUNC you can usually find me reading a new book, exploring new coffee shops with friends, or soaking up the sun on the quad! I can’t wait to see everyone on the committee this February!” by @amerimunc

We are excited to introduce AmeriMUNC XIV's Secretary General Hailey Hartman!

“Hi everyone! My name is Hailey Hartman and I’m excited to bring together AmeriMUNC XIV over the next 12 months. Looking toward my senior year at American University and 8th year doing Model UN I can’t wait to bring what I’ve learned as a delegate, a staffer and as last year's CFO to create the best AmeriMUNC yet. As a Mathematics and Economics major who is pursuing a career in finance it may seem out of place for me to be leading the largest interconnected crisis simulation, but what I’ve learned from MUN, and what I hope everyone can learn at AmeriMUNC XIV is how to advocate for their ideas diplomatically and choose solutions that help wage peace. See you all in February!” by @amerimunc
