Comp day. We showed up and executed. 9/9.

Squat
180kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
205kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
215kg (PR) ⚪️🔴⚪️

Bench
117.5kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
127.5kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
132.5kg (Comp PR) ⚪️⚪️⚪️

Deadlift
250kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
270kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️
300kg (PR) ⚪️⚪️⚪️

Total: 447.5kg
BW: 90.20kg
🥈 2nd place — U93kg category (second to the 🐐 @deadliftconnoisseur _, which is an honour)

Total kept climbing, execution stayed tight. Big numbers, bigger standards. This is just the start.

Too many people to thank, but first and foremost — @denton_conteh11 . My guy took this RP10 warrior and turned me into a 9/9 warrior. What a day.

I’m genuinely so happy. We lifted to comp standard, we showed out on the platform, and I finally achieved a life goal — 300kg deadlift.

Bless up to @markspxrkz and Haneen for filming and producing this beautiful footage.
Bless up to my friends and family who showed up with a massive sign — that meant everything.
And love to the whole powerlifting community — this sport is unreal.

This is just the start. The job’s not finished. This is the base.

I’m coming back for More !!

Also shout out to. @stefan_hewitt who introduced me to this sport 9 years ago at uni 🙌🏾 and @mullalifts who told me to pattern up take it seriously 🫡

Also, Big up @cristian.vuivan for reinventing the wheel with my hook grip. This technique is GOATED—played a huge role in this pull. Go follow him.

Awesome day shooting for @sugiisfit YouTube channel 🎬

We ranked calisthenics exercises from worst to best for building muscle! ⏫

You definitely don’t wanna miss this one when it comes out… especially if you’re just starting calisthenics and don’t know how to get the most out of your workouts 💪

Make sure you go follow @sugiisfit to see the episode when it drops

And massive shoutout to @amid_gts for being the wizard behind the camera 🧙‍♂️

What a way to say good bye to 26 than to finally lift 260 KG 🥹

It took years of inconsistency😅 but I finally knuckled down and trained properly for this 💪🏾

Wanna give a massive big up to @denton_conteh11 for the peak week coaching 🙌🏾I would have done some nonsense type training if it wasn’t for him 😅

280 kg you are next up 🙌🏾🔥
