adding to the cool aunt lore I hope this inspires some other girlies who have been too scared to go out and do something out of your comfort zone do it scared!! do it alone!! if you have to but just do it (haha i sound like a nike ad not sponsored) because loving in fear of other people’s reactions will not get you to your goals!!

This was no joke the hardest trail run i’ve ever done started at 9,300ft all the way up to 12,000ft. Last mile was a straight scramble and almost 90° vert climb. (my hair got put up that’s how you know it got serious 🤣)

Thank you to all of the amazing women who have paved the way for us. I don’t know what I would be doing right now if it wasn’t for our founding feminist as running is something that truly created the amazing life I live now. Running was never just a sport it’s my home as it’s made me the person I am today. I would’ve never thought that going to my first cross country practice in middle school would lead to lifetime friendships, funded advanced education, moving across the country, getting the opportunity to travel and this is all because of the women who fought for equality and i will forever be greatfull for the life it gave me with that Happy women in sports day!💓 by @amiliawise
