It’s not their fitness. It’s not their training. It’s not even their talent.

The runner who dominates every practice and freezes on meet day isn’t broken.

They’re just missing one thing.

And it’s not something your coach is teaching you at practice.

Not something you can fix with more miles.

Not something that shows up in a workout plan.

The athletes who figure it out?

They don’t just run faster — they actually enjoy competing again.

I work with runners on exactly this. If you’ve been that athlete talented, hardworking, and still not showing up the way you know you can my page is for you.

Follow for more. Or DM me! let’s talk. 🏃‍♀️

Don’t skip this if you’ve ever wanted to quit something you love.

I’ve been there 11 years into running and there were seasons where I couldn’t find a single reason to keep going.

Buttt what I didn’t know then was that what I was feeling wasn’t weakness it was something I just hadn’t learned to work through yet.

That’s exactly why I created Running Wise.
I coach track & field athletes who are still showing up but struggling mentally with the pressure, the burnout, the self doubt, the comparison. All of it.

If any of this sounds familiar to you or your athlete, my DMs are open. Let’s talk about what working together looks like.
