Delightful Dinner @mazi_syros_restaurant enjoyed with an excellent 2025 Ousyra Assyrtiko & Monemvasia.

A trio of Greek dips : Fava, spicy feta & taramasalata

Rocket salad with fruits & grilled cheese

Prawn bisque linguine

The restaurant is spectacular as it's inside a ruined ceramics factory.

Highly recommended when you visit Ermoupoli, Syros in the Cyclades 🇬🇷

Postcards from Ios Island 🇬🇷

A stunning island in the Cyclades with a rich ancient history. Local legend, state that the ancient, famous poet Homer (author of The Iliad and The Odyssey) is buried on this island and that his mother was from Ios!

Also for those familiar with the 1980's movies era, "The Big Blue" was filmed at the golden sands of Magganari beach!

Drink Pink Nautilus 2024 enjoyed @salt_restaurant_bar in Ios 🇬🇷

A blend of Grenache Rouge, Syrah and Agiorgitiko grapes, produced by the award winning La Tour Melas vineyard in the Achinos region of Fthiotida in Central Greece.

Medium bodied with crisp, balancing acidity, delivering flavours of red berries, citrus and a smooth, lingering vanilla finish.

Fantastic wine with seafood dishes!🍷🇬🇷

Vilana and Kalamata 🇬🇷

Vilana is a white grape variety native to Crete that produces fresh and light white wines. It is a very productive and resistant grape that with a careful approach, good terroir & controlled yields can make exciting and aromatic wines.

The wine pictured is no less: refreshing in character, with citrus and green apple aroma and some floral nuances. Unfortunately, rarely seen outside Greece!

Enjoyable wine that pairs perfectly with Greek dishes. 🇬🇷🍷

Prosper Maufoux is one of Burgundy's historic wine houses founded in 1860. For this Bourgogne Pinot Noir the fruit is drawn from a blend of terroirs, giving the wine a broad regional character.

Fantastic Bourgogne Rouge with aromas of blackberry, cherry, rose petals & soft spice. Supple tannins and a smooth, balanced feel. Delicious wine, worth seeking out.🍷🇫🇷
