Chef Amit Dash has been elevated to the position of Multi Property Director of Culinary for The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, recognising his significant contribution towards strengthening the culinary reputation, guest dining experiences, and food and beverage performance across both hotels.

With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Amit has been at the forefront of creating distinctive dining concepts, award-winning culinary experiences, and innovative food and beverage programming that have helped position both hotels among the region's most sought-after dining and hospitality destinations.

Over the past few years, Chef Amit has played an instrumental role in shaping and elevating the culinary landscape across the two properties. Under his leadership, signature restaurants have garnered widespread acclaim, including multiple industry recognitions for specialty dining destinations Prego and EEST at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. His leadership has also been pivotal in introducing innovative dining concepts and destination-led culinary programming that have further strengthened the hotels' standing within the highly competitive NCR market.
