Safe to say running changed my life.

And I see this from a point where nobody could’ve convinced me to jog for even a mile about two years ago. The joy of running together changed my horizon. It started to get me involved in running. Then it brought my fitness to a different level, switched my weightlifting tiredness to energy and brought me so many new contacts and opportunities of work.

The process of running itself is still painful, still not where I want to be. But training for my first ofc marathon brings me to a place where I look at my running evolution and see how my body and mind transformed, my weight shifted, my distances and speed changed.

It’s been fun to go through the pain of running and excited see what it brings in the future 🤍 by @ammjulien
