Last weekend at the @roseclassichoops , Cardinal Spellman’s Gabija Krasauskaite (Class of 2029) and Stony Brook School’s Catherine Banahene (Class of 2030) faced off in a battle between the 6’7s. Both displayed toughness, grit and the hard work put in to give the fans a great game to watch. Look out for these two as their high school careers go on!

Last week, I was given the opportunity to represent Cardinal Spellman High School and our Boys Varsity Coach Mo Hicks at his induction into the NYC Basketball Hall Of Fame. Me and Coach developed a great bond in our first year working together so it was a pleasure to be able to honor him and his accomplishments. I was also able to speak with Hall of Famers Rick Barry and Stephon Marbury throughout the night as the room was filled with legends and NYC history. It was a great environment to be around and glad I was able to attend such a prestigious event. by @amorethegame

Mason Marte @iceee5_ was hot from outside, hitting multiple 3s from all over, while being able to operate well in transition as either pushing it fast, throwing the outlet pass, or being the outlet man for the quick 2 to help his team win at Positive Influence by @amorethegame

Player of the Day goes to Xjavior Dickerson @xj.wickkk not just for his clutch Overtime Buzzer Beater, but for his ability to navigate through traffic, get to his spots for jumpshots, setting up his teammates for shots, and his hustle on the defense end with jumping lanes and getting loose balls to help lead @kippbulldogsmbb to a 2-0 day record at @positiveinfluencebball Fall League by @amorethegame

Mohamed Magassouba @mo2tuff__ made the game look too easy for Promise 1 at @positiveinfluencebball Fall League. He was the definition of defense turned to offense with the amount of steals leading to showing off his athleticism at the basket which lead to him winning Player of the Game Honors. by @amorethegame
