We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Raff to the AMP team! 🎉

Raff brings extensive coaching experience, multiple speed and performance certifications, and a strong understanding of what athletes need to become faster, more explosive and more confident in their sport.

His knowledge, energy and attention to detail will be a major addition to our athlete development program. More importantly, he shares our commitment to giving every athlete the coaching, structure and accountability they need to reach the next level.

We’re excited to have Raff become part of the AMP family and help us continue raising the standard for athlete development on Long Island.

Welcome to the team, Coach Raff. 💪

Feeling tight doesn’t always mean you need to stretch more.

Flexibility is the range you have. Mobility is your ability to actively use it. Stability is your ability to control it.

Instead of chasing more range, build strength and control so you can move well with the range you already have.

Breaking barriers today can make the path easier for someone tomorrow.

“You are in a chair. You have a disability. So what. Let’s play ball.”

The day Joe realized everything he was told he “couldn’t” do was a lie. 🙌

Putting in the work that translates to the field, court, and wherever they compete. 💪

Our athletes are getting coached, pushing themselves, and continuing to develop every time they step into the gym.

Keep working. Keep improving. 👊

Wrapped in “you can’t” as a kid, Joe turned every doubt into fuel. 🔥

From the court to the ocean, he shows what is possible when you refuse to accept limits.
