AMP started in a 300 square foot bathroom.

A baseball facility in Glen Cove, NY. Just enough room for one squat rack, a hex bar, a landmine in the corner, a cable column, and a set of dumbbells. Two to three athletes an hour, every hour.

2011 alum and New York Gatorade Player of the Year Ash Yacoubou met up with the guys at their Saturday lift! Ash is being inducted into the @luhiathletics Hall of Fame today at Homecoming. A true student athlete, Ash won two state titles with us before a college career at Villanova and St. Louis University. His pro career included time in the @nbagleague with the Long Island Nets. Ash used the skills learned throughout his journey to set up a successful career in real estate, and was married this past spring. We’re truly proud of him and are excited to welcome him back home this weekend for this special honor!

Two classes, 30+ people in each, and so much energy in the room! Our board fell in love with @jesswagnerfit and AMP, and we’ve kept the momentum going at the Mets game and the half marathon. 🙌
