Fast Hank is a Texas-based performance shop, so this project landed pretty squarely in my world. Cars, racing, braking late, design… all things I spend way too much time thinking about anyway.

It’s always fun when the work overlaps with who you are. This one landed right at the apex of work and play (plus Matt is a good dude)!

I need to say @the_red.designer absolutely crushed the motion work and was super good at bringing storyboards to life. Big thanks to @spencer_sounds & @keelerben for adding the audio. They passed all their classes except recess because they don't play.

Great team for a great project.

Last month I set off to summit the tallest peak in the United States outside of Alaska with @thereason and @ampersandrew. Mount Whitney has a special ability to humble, to force submission to the process. God delivered a mighty sermon as we carefully walked the ledges of the High Sierra range, pulling the veil back just enough for a brief peek at the eternal. John Muir said such sights could only be accurately described in the language of angels. He is right, and as we approached the southern terminus on the very trail that bears his name, I can attest these cathedral spaces are not for the irreverent mortal. My cup runneth over with gratitude. Big thank you to @nikkipampalone @ladylincon katyhsmith for supporting us weirdos every year on these type of excursions. “Type 2 fun” we call these trips. Equally difficult and uncomfortable as they are rewarding. Must be a genetic defect in us, I guess. #mtwhitney #sierras #mountwhitney #johnmuirtrail #pacificcresttrail taken in Mt Whitney Summit by @ampersandrew
