✨ There’s something truly transformational that happens when you remove yourself from the noise of everyday life and place yourself in an environment intentionally created for healing, connection, and remembrance.

This retreat was such a beautiful co-creation with @tracey_winn , blending bioenergetics, frequency medicine, nervous system support, ancient wisdom, movement, mindfulness, and the power of human connection. 🌿✨

Through personalized bioenergetic scans and frequency-based therapies, we were able to gain insight into what each person’s body was asking for on a deeper level, physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. From there, we guided each guest through practices and experiences designed to support alignment, restoration, and reconnection back to self.

Our days were filled with yoga, meditation, sound healing, nourishing meals, deep conversations, laughter, ocean air, sunsets, and moments that reminded us what it feels like to truly slow down and be present. 🌊☀️

But beyond all the modalities and workshops… the most powerful part was the CONNECTION. The vulnerability. The openness. The way strangers became family within just a few days. Watching everyone support one another, grow together, and step more fully into themselves was pure magic to witness. 💗🙏✨

So grateful for every soul who trusted us, showed up with an open heart, and shared this experience with us in Nosara. This was only the beginning. 🌴

I am sooooo excited to announce a new retreat offering this year!!!! THE HEALING RETREAT
.
🌊Where: Nosara, Costa Rica
.
🌺When: May 3-8, 2026
.
💫🌳 What: An individualized holistic healing retreat blending Quantum & Ancient methods and modalities!
.
👯 Who: Led by myself & the amazing practitioner @amtuls_
.
🤷‍♀️ Anyone who is is longing for a super personalized approach to their healing, health and longevity.
.
😔 To the person who just hasn’t been feeling quite like themself and are tired of hearing phrases like- “it’s just your age”, “this is normal,” “your tests came back fine,” “you will struggle with this for the rest of your life,” “you have to be on this for the rest of your life,” “there’s nothing I can really say or do for you,” or “you’re fine, it’s just in your head.”

The bioenergetic frequency scans each participant will receive over the course of six days is the newest technology in reading the body from the root cause. This test gives a comprehensive view of everything from specific parasites preset to emotions draining the body’s energy, to the presence of bacteria, viruses, unbalanced hormones, underlying causes of autoimmune, pre- c-word, pain, inflammation and more.

This will be combined with the ancient science of Ayurveda- a completely wholistic way of understanding your body and how to bring every ounce of your mind, body and spirit back into balance. A full Ayurvedic and lifestyle medicine assessment will be performed for each guest.

Each participant will leave with a detailed plan specific to them, that they will be empowered to implement to take their health and their life back.

The experience takes place in the surf town of Nosara, CR. We will wake with sunrise meditation walks on the beach, have morning devotions and share time together, practice a beautiful, empowering vinyasa flow, followed by fresh, organic brunch. Each day will have a group healing workshop, restorative yoga and touch, somatic breathwork, sound headings, nightly satsangs and more! Every day with you feels like a gift, but today is extra special because it’s the day the world got blessed with you. I’m so grateful for the laughter, the love, and the life we’ve built together. I couldn’t ask for a better partner to walk through this life with. 🫶🏼

One year ago today, we stood together and promised forever, and every day since has been a beautiful reflection of that love. I look at you and still can’t believe I get to call you my husband. You are my greatest blessing, my safest place, and the one my soul chose without hesitation. 💫
