Harmonic Healing
Creating space for transformation ✨

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We are so excited to share something incredibly close to our hearts:

Harmonic Healing Foundation. ❤️❤️

This foundation was created from one deeply rooted belief: healing should never feel out of reach.

There are children, young adults, and families searching for support, but the cost of holistic wellness services can stand in their way. We want to help change that.

Through donations, sponsorships, partnerships, and community support, we can help create meaningful healing experiences for those who need them most. When one person receives support, that healing can ripple through an entire family and community.

This is more than a foundation—it’s a movement built on compassion, connection, and possibility. And we would love for you to be part of it!

Learn more, donate, volunteer, or help us spread the mission:

Together, let’s create a ripple of healing—one life at a time. 💕💕💕

They’re nervous system resets.

🧘‍♀️As always, it is a little hard to put into words what transpires within you and around you when you gift yourself a retreat experience.
.
This was the first Healing Retreat, a joint co-creation between @amtuls_ and I, creating an experience and curriculum focusing on the blend of Quantum and Ancient medicine.
.
Combining the modalities of Bionenergetics with devices that can accurately measure frequency, we were able to get a baseline idea of where each guest was at the start of the 5-day retreat. After getting their scans and treatments they then had a full Ayurvedic and historical and lifestyle holistic medicine assessment with me, where we discover the root cause, whether it be mental, physical, passed down, emotional or energetic. We were then able to shed light on the conditions and symptoms they were going through and give recommendations based on all the test results. The daily workshops dove deep into the chakras, the energetic plexuses of the body, Ayurveda, frequency, yogic philosophy and more.
.
Daily yoga classes, exploring the surf town of Nosara, sound healing journeys, morning meditation, shopping and delicious meals helped to make this experience an integrative approach to healthy living.
.
The most special part of course…. The CONNECTIONS. THIS is what the healing and magic of retreats is about. You share, grow, and guide each other through vulnerability, practice, dedication and fun. This group lit my heart on fire and I am so thankful for each and every one of you. 🩷🙏🧘‍♀️☀️🙌🌱

One bioenergetic scan….
.
The results…. I had:
.
🪱5 different kinds of parasites
.
👁️ Vision Impairmet from mitochondrial dysfunction
.
🦠Traces of E-coli (which I knew to be true because my hubs had gotten the worst case of food poisoning in Bali or Australia ever the previous year… and you can pass that sh%#!), traces of H-Pylori in my gut and LT Covid in my lungs, presenting as issues in my throat.
.
🤕Inflammation of the skin (I had an annoying rash under my bra line for about 4 months. And I NEVER get skin conditions… a sure sign of parasites or a clogged liver)
.
👩 High estrogen (which I knew due to super painful breasts before my cycle)
.
💪 Pain in my right arm presenting as a bacterial residue left by parasites that had died off in my system.
.
ONE SCAN showed all of this…. My symptoms matched these conclusions to a T. There was no intake form, I didn’t talk about my concerns or symptoms… the scan just showed the #rootcause of what was.
.
Then the same device treats you with frequency on a cellular level…. Another device works the fascia and moves the lymph to simultaneously pump the toxins out of the body.
.
And it worked. That same month, I had no pain before my period. My uncomfortable rash that had been there four months went away in ONE DAY. The hoarseness I had been experiencing in my voice went away and hasn’t come back…. Since November!!!
.
My next scan showed the parasites were almost gone from one treatment and a tincture… my estrogen was almost balanced… the e-coli and h-pylori traces had been eradicated…
.
This bioenergetic frequency device is the quantum medicine modality we will be using at The Healing Retreat this May in Nosara, Costa Rica.
.
If you’ve just not been feeling quite well…. If you want to get a grasp on your health once and for all…. If you know you need to shift your lifestyle but don’t quite know how, join us for six days on the coast of Costa Rica where your root cause issues will be addressed and through individual scans and assessments, utilizing the sciences of Ayurveda, Herbalism, and Bioenergetic Healing, you will receive a plan completely tailored to you. Send me a DM for details!
