Happy Ravensbourne release day - and thank you to @gcbulletin for this great piece in last week’s paper 🐦‍⬛

I am so grateful to be releasing my third novel, and to everyone who helped make it the best it could possibly be. Thank you to my publisher, @bakerslanebooks, my lit agent, @belindabolliger, my proofreader, @ginaflax_editor, my copy editor, Annabel Adair, my PR, @righteous_pr, and @johuntbookdesign for this beautiful cover that I get to stare at lovingly for the rest of my days.

This novel is so close to my heart and is a time capsule of my own coming of age. It’s so special to me to know it now exists in the world. I hope it finds its readers, and I’m so grateful to those who have already found it.

SOMEBODY KNOWS.

For Maisie McDevitt, the connection between love and death has never been more apparent. After losing her best friend at a music festival, she is determined to find the person responsible for his death and bring them to justice. And she will stop at nothing - and nobody - to make that happen. Not when she begins receiving anonymous threats from an individual known only as ‘Raven’. Not even when she begins falling for one of her suspects…

Set on the Gold Coast in 2019, Ravensbourne is an Aussie whodunnit about first loves, first losses, and infinite hope. It releases in TWO days, and I could not be more excited to share it with you. 🖤🐦‍⬛🖤 by @amycoomer

Somebody knows.

Somebody knows who gave Logan a pill that ended his life at Ravensbourne Music Festival.

Somebody knows what it was like to be loved by Logan, and to write him letters they never thought would be found.

Maisie McDevitt is going to find that somebody, even if it means infiltrating the worst group of people she knows: the Year 12 drama students at Morningford College, the most elite private school in Australia.

‘A gripping and evocative novel, Coomer captures the uncertainty and anguish of youth with impressive authenticity, exploring difficult and important subjects with sensitivity and focus. Ravensbourne is the work of a compelling voice in young adult literature.’ – ROBBIE COBURN, AUTHOR

RAVENSBOURNE AUTHOR COPIES ARE HERE 💌

From the bottom of my heart, this book is everything I envisioned and more. I’m so glad I waited 6 years between the first draft and my decision to pursue publication. It means that it found the perfect home with @bakerslanebooks 📖🐦‍⬛💌

I cannot express how grateful I am to Ginny for believing in raw, quirky stories like this one, and to every person who worked behind the scenes to bring it to life.

If you like mysteries, mess and morally dubious characters, this one’s for you 🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛ by @amycoomer
