Especially in midlife, we're juggling so many things that genuinely matter: our health, faith, relationships, family, and purpose.

But the truth is:
You don't have to do it all, all at once.

Instead:⬇️

✨RECOGNIZE what is calling for your attention in this season. Where is God inviting you to lean in?

✨ RELEASE what doesn't need your immediate energy. (Just because something matters doesn't mean it needs to happen right now!

✨ RECOMMIT to what deserves your best energy today.

Your priorities can change as your season changes. Give yourself permission to pause, listen, and choose with intention.

You don't need another standard to live up to. You need the freedom to focus on what matters most, right now.

Who Are You Listening To?

Whose voice is defining you?

The world says:
You aren't young enough.
You need to do more.
You need to have it all together.
You should be further along by now.

But God says something very different.

You are His.
You are loved.
You are chosen.
You are wonderfully made.
You have purpose.

And maybe that's exactly why we need to step away from the noise every once in a while.

Not because we have failed.

But because we need to remember.

Remember what matters.
Remember who we are.
Remember whose we are.
Remember that caring for ourselves can be an act of stewardship, not an endless pursuit of perfection.

That's what FOCUS Retreat is about.

To laugh.
To learn.

What Happened to Joy?

When did being “well” start feeling like so much work?

We're constantly being told what we should be doing, buying, eating, fixing, improving and becoming.

And somewhere along the way, we can lose something we weren't even trying to give up:
Joy.

The joy of laughing with friends.
The joy of being present.
The joy of enjoying a beautiful day without wondering what we're doing wrong.
The joy of simply being grateful for the life we've been given.

God never asked us to earn our worth through perfection.

He created us intentionally. He knows us completely. And our identity isn't found in the mirror, the scale, the latest wellness trend or the world's definition of success.

It's found in Him.

FOCUS Retreat is a chance to step away from the noise and make room for what can get crowded out in everyday life:

Introducing, The Debrucque's...🖤🤍

It's been a full circle year of engagements and weddings. First, my oldest daughter @blair_deb10 and then last Friday, my oldest son, Samuel.

@rondebrucque and I feel so grateful.

Grateful for this day.

Grateful to our family and friends who traveled near and far to celebrate with us.

And grateful for God's faithfulness.
