Sometimes the most powerful moment in your next chapter isn’t a huge decision. It’s a simple YES. Yes to something you’ve been curious about. Yes to the idea you keep coming back to. Yes to trying something new, even when you don’t know exactly where it will lead. Because that YES can become a pivotal moment. It can introduce you to new people, new possibilities, new confidence—and even a version of yourself you haven’t met yet. Growth rarely begins with having it all figured out. Sometimes, it begins with simply being brave enough to say… “Why not me? Why not now?” So if there’s something you’ve been wanting to try, maybe this is your sign. Say yes. 🤍 Your next chapter might be waiting on the other side of that one little decision.

✨ These women are the reason we keep coming back. ✨ When we look back at photos from past FOCUS Retreats, we don’t just see beautiful places, smiling faces, or fun memories. We see friendships. Breakthroughs. Laughter. Tears. Prayers. Courage. Connection. We see women who arrived carrying things they didn’t know how to put down… and left with a little more clarity, a little more courage, and a whole lot of love surrounding them. ❤️ Some came feeling stuck. Some were navigating a major life transition. Some needed permission to slow down. Some simply knew they needed something—a place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and God. And somewhere along the way, strangers became friends… and friends became sisters. That is the magic of FOCUS. These women have become such an important part of our lives. Their stories matter to us. Their victories matter. Their struggles matter. And the relationships formed at FOCUS continue long after everyone heads home. 🌊 So what can you expect this year? A beautiful space to step away from the noise. Time to reflect on where you are, where you’ve been, and where God may be leading you next. Meaningful conversations with women who understand. Moments of laughter and joy. Honest conversations about the things we carry. Encouragement, prayer, worship, and connection. And most importantly… a chance to FOCUS on YOU. Because sometimes the most important thing you can do for everyone you love is to pause long enough to take care of the woman God created you to be. If you’ve been wondering whether this is your year to come… Maybe this is your invitation. 💙 FOCUS Retreat 2026 Come as you are. Leave with a clearer heart, renewed perspective, and women in your corner. 🌊 You don’t have to do life alone. ➡️Worried about the cost? Reach out to us because we still want you there! We now have sponsorships available.💗 #FOCUSRetreat #WomenSupportingWomen #WomenOfFaith #ChristianWomen #WomensRetreat

It takes my breath away some days. The reality that the years are flying by, and that one day, they’re going to leave. And somehow, that day feels impossibly far away…until it doesn’t. The truth is, we don’t begin preparing our children for launch when they’re packing their bags. We prepare them in all the ordinary years before that. In the trust we build. The conversations we have. The courage we encourage. The life skills we teach. And in learning, little by little, to loosen our grip without loosening our relationship. For Episode 197 of @elevatingmotherhood , I’m pulling a special conversation from the archives with two of my dearest friends and fellow moms, @jenniferfordberry & @amydebrucque We talk about the grief of watching our children leave, the joy of watching them become who they were created to be, and how to become an “open nester” instead of an “empty nester.” And if your kids are still little, please don’t scroll past this one. The foundation for a good launch is being laid right now. 🎧 Episode 197: Empty Nest Season: Preparing Your Kids and Your Heart for Launch And I’m especially grateful to share this one with my friends who are hosting this year’s @the.focus.retreat ❤️

✨ I’M EVERY WOMAN. ✨ Every year, women walked through the doors of FOCUS Retreat as strangers… and left as something so much more. ❤️ They are leaders. Moms. Wives. Entrepreneurs. Friends. Women of faith. They are strong women who love deeply, lead boldly, and aren’t afraid to step into the purpose God has placed on their lives. These women are now forever woven into our hearts. They encouraged one another. They laughed, cried, prayed, worshipped, dreamed, and reminded each other that we were never meant to do this life alone. And then they went home… …and made a difference. 🌎✨ They went back to their families, businesses, communities, and friendships carrying something different — renewed faith, fresh vision, deeper connections, and the courage to say YES to what’s next. That’s what FOCUS is about. It’s not just a retreat. It’s a room full of women who are stronger together. Women who love God. Women who believe there is more. Women who are ready to be intentional about the life they’ve been called to live. 💕 And this year, there’s a seat at the table for YOU. If something inside you is whispering, “I need this…” — listen. Come find your people. Come be inspired. Come get FOCUSED. Come see what happens when extraordinary women come together with open hearts and a shared faith. FOCUS Retreat 2026 — where women on a mission come together. ✨ You belong in this room. ✨ #FOCUSRetreat #WomenOnAMission #WomenOfFaith #StrongWomen #FaithFilledWomen

This. Life. 🥹 Forever changed. 200 episodes. Almost 7 years. And somehow it’s never just been about a podcast. When I pressed record on that very first episode, I never could have imagined where this journey would lead. I’ve had the incredible privilege of sitting across from brilliant authors, speakers, educators, experts, and fellow moms whose wisdom has shaped not only this podcast, but me. So many of those conversations have turned into genuine friendships that I treasure deeply. That might be one of the greatest gifts of all. The Elevating Motherhood Podcast has opened doors I never could have opened on my own. Opportunities I never expected. Conversations I’ll never forget. It has stretched me, challenged me, encouraged me, and quietly transformed the kind of woman, wife, mother, and friend I’m becoming. So much work. So much worth it. To every guest who trusted me with your story, thank you. To every listener who has spent time with me while folding laundry, driving kids, making dinner, going for walks, or simply needing a little encouragement… thank you. You’ve made this community so much more than I ever dreamed it could be. I truly am forever changed because of this journey. Here’s to 200 episodes… and all the beautiful conversations still waiting to be had. 🤍 #elevatingmotherhood #podcastmilestone #christianmotherhood #motherhoodpodcast #intentionalmotherhood
