Just started a new client today. She’s my typical type of client.
✅ Successful professional/, business owner,
✅ Mama,
✅ Wife,
✅ Intelligent overachiever with an “on the go busy” life.

Although she’s grateful and aware of all she has.. she recognizes that she …
🤦🏽‍♀️ has **a few health concerns** that she hasn’t been taken care of while she’s taking care of everyone and everything else
🤦🏻‍♀️ is not fulfilled and even feels like she’s lost herself while doing all the things she said YES to
🤦🏼‍♀️wants to feel FREE, PEACEFUL, & at EASE and has no idea how to do that

She wants the peace and the freedom and the ease of life that comes as we achieve all those things we said YES to. 💣🤯The problem is that while we’re achieving “all the things” we are not achieving them with peace and freedom and ease And then we realize we don’t know HOW to do peace and freedom and ease. We know how to achieve, which is all good and well, until your body reminds you that ignoring yourself and your health needs while living a pace of achievement might get you achieved, but might also leave you empty.💥💣

You might be feeling like
🙋🏿‍♀️What’s wrong with me?
🙋‍♀️I have everything I’ve been working for why do I feel numb?
🙍🏻‍♀️I must be a bad person to have so much and feel so angry, resentful, or like it’s never enough.

Can you relate?? If the answer is “HELL YESSSSS!” You are not alone and I have something that will help. I’m starting a group for women in January. We will start finding FREEDOM AND PEACE AND EASE, and all the health benefits that come along with that!! (the weight loss and the better sleep and the increased energy and mood)
