The Sizzling Summer Self-Care Seminar was a hit. We were reminded of the importance of self-care ( you can't pour from an empty cup). We learned the who, what, why, when, and how of using sunscreen (everyone needs it all the time). We learned a strategic way to live our self care (something happens, assess it, be aware, accept it ,take empowered action). We also raised $350 for Christ Saves Hearts, and Organization that raises awareness about sudden cardiac arrest in student athletes.
There was something for everyone!
A huge thank you to Amy Chang, Devonna Watford and Koren Bowman for making this event a success! I'll see you at the next event!! Stay tuned!

🌟 Calling all women! 🌟
Introducing ENGAGE: a transformative event designed BY women, FOR women. 💃🏻

It’s time to find a better way to fight for yourself and the life you desire.

Are you tired of feeling stuck, spinning your wheels, and constantly striving for an unattainable ideal? We were too. That’s why we, two best friends, decided to take matters into our own hands and create something extraordinary. 🌟

We realized that there’s more to health than just being fit and counting macros. We craved lasting change, not just quick-fix solutions. So we embarked on a journey of self-discovery, asking ourselves the tough questions and challenging the status quo.

Through this process, we uncovered powerful principles and wrestled with transformative concepts. And from that, ENGAGE was born. It’s our passionate pursuit of a better way - an unconventional experience tailored to ambitious, change-makers like you. 💫

Join us on this life-changing five-day journey, where you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women who are ready to break free from the limitations that society has placed upon us. Together, we’ll redefine what it means to be truly empowered. 💪

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your life. Register now for ENGAGE and take the first step towards creating the life you desire.

TYPE engage in the comments and we will send you a link 🔗 with all the details!!!

You deserve it, and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. 🌺
