PSA: check on your friends getting skull or brain radiation, they are not ok! {see my previous post for more info! I’m fine, it was good to get myself into a badass Warrior state of mind while my head was strapped down for a solid 30 minutes for the mask making, CT simulation & MRI. As you can see from the last picture, I am smiling, I survived, and I will persevere! UPDATE: I am at Texas Center for Proton Therapy to have treatment for the left side of my head, where I have a large bone metastasis in the temporal bone. The metastasis, this is causing swelling in my brain, optic nerves, and headaches. It has given me some blurry vision and floaters. Where do I even start?

The first picture in red was two days after I decided to bomb your girl’s weekend with Misti and come all the way from Los Angeles to New Jersey to meet you in person for the first time.

You are my coach and mentor.

But mostly, you’re one of my dearest friends. It’s not about the business, although you encourage me constantly.

We’ve had some really fun times including you treating Allie and me to the Taylor swift concert last month in Tampa. Like, who does that?!?! A true friend that cares for you and loves you in sickness and in health! With or without hair. Coaching or not coaching.

Day 4: busy day! Consult for proton radiation & radiation ☢️ on my scapula. Lunch and dinner with my mom & brother + a ceremony for nephew’s HS graduation @drewsteffe + @bethsteffe. Day 3: Small changes back towards health! Black coffee! Shared meal, omit onions, add veggies. Making other new micro habits:
Healthy mindset.
Gratitude and health over anger and illness
