🌀I remember my 44th birthday 🥳well! I was really happy to be alive. My last breast cancer surgery was three months prior. I was feeling excited to see all my friends and decided to try my hair curly that day instead of blowing out straight like I was doing previously (bad decision! 😂).

🌀The other bad decision, that dress 👗! I thought it would look cute I thought it covered my weight gain well and I was mostly excited to see my friends

🌀Do you know how you’re able to delete all the pictures you hate on your own phone?

🌀When your friends and family send them to you, you actually see yourself for what you really look like.

🌀That was the day that I reached out to my soon to be new health coach for help.

🌀I had reached the end.

🌀I reached the point where I knew I needed help.

🌀A lot of people say they want to “do it on their own.”

🌀That wasn’t working.

🌀We have coaches for sports teams, life coaches, parenting coaches, business coaches

🌀Why not have a health coach?

🌀The accountability and sense of relief when I started the plan and had an amazing health coach @nonmcking2 was more than I could’ve ever asked for.

🌀Now, I love seeing myself in pictures. A little vane much? Well, after all I’ve been through, I decided I don’t care if people judge me for posting these pictures or for wanting to look good at 45 years old.

We are the “A Team.” We were in high school together but never spoke nor saw each other in the last 24+ years. Who would have thought that being fluffy would bring us together and create a friendship like none other. I’m so grateful for @anniemowrer and our friendship. Let’s wish her a Happy Birthday! MacKenzie is the daughter of my dear friend Teri Miller Francois. I met them when I heard their story of MacKenzie surviving brain cancer. She was treated with my friend Denise Borenstein Weiner’s daughter Alexa.

Teri, Denise and I all worked together helping others get health with Optavia.

MacKenzie graduated with her Bachelors of Nursing the weekend of her accident which has left her paralyzed.

Where do I even start?

The first picture in red was two days after I decided to bomb your girl’s weekend with Misti and come all the way from Los Angeles to New Jersey to meet you in person for the first time.

You are my coach and mentor.

But mostly, you’re one of my dearest friends. It’s not about the business, although you encourage me constantly.

We’ve had some really fun times including you treating Allie and me to the Taylor swift concert last month in Tampa. Like, who does that?!?! A true friend that cares for you and loves you in sickness and in health!
