After months of working the individual components, it’s a joy to see them complete and know that every detail I have scrutinised over was in fact absolutely necessary ♥️

The photos never look joyous, as the concentration required to get them accurately composed takes all our focus!!

The Art of Collaboration: Amy Cushing x Art Acumen

There’s a special kind of magic when an artwork feels truly right for a space. Working with Amy Cushing on this commission reminded us why.

Our role is to connect ideas with place. We listen closely, read the rhythms of the architecture, and translate a brief into materials, scale, and an emotional impact that feels inevitable in the space.

As creative director, we hold the vision from first sketches to final installation, align artist, architecture and stakeholders, and protect the quality, detail and intent of the work. We partner with our clients and their teams to shape impactful briefs and find the perfect visual artist to bring them to life ......and Amy was exactly that..

Her saturated colour, sensitivity to light and instinct for scale transformed the space. The work doesn’t just sit in the architecture. It becomes part of it.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this commission to life.
