We are thrilled to share the first images from the newly renovated The James Nautilus in Miami Beach, as shared by travelandleisure.com.

Originally designed by architect Morris Lapidus in the 1950s, the renovation celebrates the building’s midcentury roots while introducing a more residential feel complete with curated artworks. Working alongside design firm Anderson Miller, Amy Parry Projects consulted on the artwork throughout the property, helping bring the refreshed interiors to life ahead of its January 2027 reopening.

Excited to share more images as they come!

Original work by New-York-based artist Ronen Azulay for our new project at the upscale residences Lumio Pompano Beach, located just outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Inspired by the area’s famed harness racing history, the artwork uses leather as a subtle nod to the bridles and harnesses central to the sport.

Here’s a wee Irish lesson for you…

If someone wasn’t happy with you, they might say “Póg mo thóin.” Now, we’d never say that - but it is on our walls, alongside dozens of pieces of Irish art, curated in partnership with Amy Parry.

And that’s just one small part of the collection. From Sinéad O’Connor and Paul McGrath to Guinness, Gravediggers, Brad Guzan, and plenty of Atlanta references, the walls tell a story of Ireland and Atlanta, side by side.

We asked Amy to show us around a few of her favorites - and we’d love to hear about yours, too. by @amyparryprojects
