Just come back from the most magical week full of laughter, sunshine, ice cream, yoga, sharing circles, dancing, crying, kindness, sea dips, pool dips and Natas 🍋‍🟩🌞🏖️

There’s something about the kind of connection that doesn’t need time to make sense. Just days, and yet it feels like we’ve known each other in other lifetimes, in other versions of ourselves.

I’ve been on a @lovinglifelillie yoga retreat in Portugal and it has brought together the most powerful, gentle, radiant women and somehow, we all met each other exactly where we were. No masks, no pressure, just energy that felt safe enough to soften and strong enough to grow in.

The way we’ve held each other, listened without fixing, supported without question… it’s been everything. There’s a kind of love here that isn’t loud, but it’s steady, grounding, real.

I’m leaving with more than memories. I’m leaving with pieces of your strength, your kindness, your light woven into me.

Grateful for every conversation, every shared silence, every moment of care.

Some people you meet… and they just feel like home.

Pen-Y-Fan! ⛰️

Finally completed this hike 😅 we tried to do it in Feb 24 but the weather was too bad we had to turn back, so this was sweet sweet revenge! 😈

(+Obligatory yoga pose on top of every mountain I climb) 🤸🏻‍♀️

This was a really beautiful day with the family ☺️ and mother nature blessed us with clear skies! 🌞

We did this route if anyone is interested: it's the "Pen-Y-Fan horseshoe circular" route. I recommend starting from the left so you're going down on the steep parts! 🏞️ https://www.alltrails.com/en-gb/trail/wales/merthyr-tydfil/pen-y-fan-horseshoe-circular?sh=1c1ok0

Next stop: 𝗕𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀 at the end of the month 😬 apparently it's icy so gonna need to buy some crampons 😅

Certified Yoga Teacher 🧘‍♀️🕉️

Coming to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, was one of the most important and incredible experience of my life. Practicing yoga was the first time I ever truly felt at home with myself and it continues to help and guide me every day in discovering my true self.
Yoga is way more than just stretching, it is a way to live your life, peacefully and happily. I am so grateful and blessed for my teachers and to have shared this experience with these wonderful people. I can't wait to see where this path leads me to next.
