Hi, I’m Anahid! Navy wife, girl mom of two living in Hawaii!

I’m originally from Washington state, was a college cheerleader, studied exercise and sports science , and worked at Google running their corporate wellness program before marrying my Navy pilot.

These days, I’m a semi-crunchy mom balancing living as low-tox as possible while giving my kids a 90s childhood like the one I loved.

If Budapest is on your bucket list, save this one. 🤍

If you can’t tell, we have caught the travel bug but can you blame us? I had the best travel agent (my husband) and since many of you are military, I wanted to pass along an amazing deal we found.

Budapest was the last stop on our two week trip and it blew us away! The buildings were stunning, the food was incredible, the people were so kind and the energy was alive…way past my bedtime! We will be back!

Truth is, this trip was over a year in the making.

We saved and planned for a year and went all out. My husband planned every last detail and did all the research and he absolutely nailed it. It was our first trip ever without the girls and I sobbed leaving them, not because I was worried about them, but because they have been part of every adventure!

When hosting a party it’s a perfect balance of making delicious food that doesn’t take you away from the joy and fun of the party! I was able to prep all of this ahead of time and not spend too much time in the kitchen! These are all snacks I have made time and time again and they are always a hit! by @anahid.smith

Part 3 is when things got real, when I discovered the kind of content creation I love most, user generated content! UGC can be gifted or paid and has been the kind of creative outlet I have been looking for. I don’t have to post any of the content on my page which keeps my page from looking like a giant ad. It’s also been a financial blessing for our us without causing much of a disruption to our daily lives!

If you know me, you know how difficult “outfitting” is for me…it’s an Olympic sport! So when I had to plan a capsule wardrobe for our two week trip to Europe, it was not easy but I think we did pretty good, right? I wanted all the pieces to go together and easily mix and match and go from day time to night time!
