✨ Flexibility is only half the equation! ✨ Stretching helps increase your range of motion, but strength is what gives you the control to actually use that flexibility safely. In dance, strong muscles help support your joints, improve balance and stability, and allow you to hold extensions, maintain proper alignment, and move through a greater range of motion with control. In other words: flexibility helps you get there—strength helps you stay there. 💪🩰 Our Stretch & Strength classes are designed to help dancers build both mobility and the muscular control needed to support their technique. 📅 Wednesdays | 4:30–5:30 PM 📅 Saturdays | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM Build flexibility. Build strength. Build stronger dancing. ✨ #dancetraining #anchorageak #danceislife #stretchandstrength #balletclass by @anchorageballet
