Thank you Sam Murphy and Andrea Keikkala for speaking at our “Make it Monday” luncheon, and providing information and updates from Alaska Pollock Fishery Alliance and United Catcher Boats.

We were also joined by Anchorage Classical Ballet Academy for a member presentation.

Up Next:
Anchorage Downtown Library: Coming Soon
July 27, 2026 | Dena’Ina Center
Doors open at 11:30 AM
$35 for members / $40 for non-members

The Anchorage Downtown Library has been 20 years in the making. Slated for opening next year, the downtown branch of the Anchorage Public Library will serve downtown residents, tourists, and businesses, and is a major part of the community-wide effort to revitalize downtown. The presentation will address the project timeline, the services it will offer, and give community members a chance to ask questions and get more information about this exciting project. It will provide an opportunity to gather input from and connect with local business owners on the revitalization of downtown and the role that Anchorage Public Libraries can and will play in those efforts.

Make sure to register on our website before Thursday, July 23 at 5 p.m.

Use the link in our bio or visit our website to register ✨

End-of-year recital bouquets for our local ballet studio, @anchorageballet

What an incredible season and such a beautiful way to celebrate the dancers and all of their hard work. Each bouquet was designed with vibrant blooms to mark a year of dedication, growth, and unforgettable performances.

Congratulations to all of the dancers on a wonderful season! We were honored to be a small part of such a special celebration. #AnchorageFlorist #AlaskaFlorist #FloralDesignAlaska #EventFlorist #recitalflowers

From the baby camel to the shepherdess! What a beautiful thing it has been to be able to continue my dance journey and learn and grow each and every day. I am sooo lucky to have so many people in my life who have been here for me and support me and I cannot wait for what’s to come.
