With a heavy heart and a piece of mine missing, my dad passed away on Monday, May 11th. There is peace in knowing he is reunited with my mom, his beautiful bride. He missed her so much.
Dad, you were the hardest working and strongest man I’ve ever known. Thank you for everything you taught us through your strength, sacrifice, and love.

My mom passed away last night peacefully with my dad holding her hand telling her how much he loved her and not to be afraid. She was also surrounded with so much love from all 9 of us siblings, family, and close friends. Grateful my kids were able to spend so much time with their grandma and learn from her example. My heart aches, but I was so lucky to have such a kind, sweet, loving mother who loved everyone unconditionally. by @andiethetrainer
