What a great lunch at the Chef’s table at @maisonwenger . Fascinating to see how the kitchen runs smoothly yet fully focused and under intense tension to get things right and in time to the tables.

So now I am around for 50 years on this planet 🙈.

American watchmaking is experiencing a quiet but determined revival. Cornell Watch Company’s Lozier demonstrates how U.S.-milled components and domestic assembly can honor heritage while remaining practical, while J.N. Shapiro’s Resurgence showed that hand-made independent watchmaking is possible.
